Run Netscape Messenger
Click on Edit
Click on Preferences…

In the Category box, double click on Mail & Newsgroups
In the Category box, click on Identity

In "Your name", enter your name
In "E-mail address", type in your email address provided by CQnet
In the Category box, click on Mail Servers

In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server text box, type mail.cqnnet.com.au
Click on "Add"

In the Server name text box, type mail.cqnet.com.au
In the Server Type pull-down list, select POP3 Server
In the User Name text box, type your username
Click the POP tab
