Run Netscape Mail
Click on Options
Click on Mail and News Preferences

Click on Servers
In "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:" type mail.cqnet.com.au
In "Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:" type mail.cqnet.com.au
In "POP3 User Name:" type in your username

Click on Identity
In "Your Name:" type in your name
In "Your Name:" type in your email address provided by CQnet

Click OK to finish
