Run Microsoft Internet Explorer Click
on VIEW Click

on CONNECTION
Click on the box that says Connect through a proxy server

on Settings The
following box will appear. The
Proxy Configuration must be set as follows:
Once
all settings have been entered into the relevant boxed you must
click on apply.
