CONDITIONS
1. Prices and conditions subject to change without notice.

A connection fee of $5.50 applies (once off, non refundable)
3.
Connection fee and one months’ subscription to
be paid at time of application.
4. All Packages have a minimum
of a 1 month contract.
5. All monthly subscriptions are payable
in advance and payment due on the 1st of each new month.
6.
To change from one dial-up package to another, a fee of $2.20
applies.
7. 1 month notice in writing required for cancellation
of dial-up package.
8. Any software or hardware problems with
customers equipment is the responsibility of the customer.
9.
All modems sold/supplied by CQnet Pty Ltd come with 12 months
return to base warranty.
